1. The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies to online purchases made through www.remist.com
2. Clearance items are FINAL SALES and cannot be returned for exchange or refunds.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date
If any item, other than CLEARANCE merchandise, purchased at www.remist.com fails to meet your expectations, it may be returned by mail to the address below for an exchange or refund.
For Exchange or Refund of Remist.com Purchases:
1. Complete the "Return Form" that was included in your package. If the "Return Form" was not included in your package, please contact us at service@remist.com and we will email you a copy. For Returns of Defective Items and Wrong Items Shipped:
1. Any defective item(s) or item(s) that was different from Original Invoice may be refunded or exchanged:
a. To ensure proper processing, on the return form indicate the return code for the item(s), either "defective" or "wrong item shipped". If defective, describe the defect and if you would like a replacement, please indicate "exchange" on the "notes" section
b. Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, your return shipping cost will be credited back to the same form as the original order payment method. Please use USPS First Class-Mail or USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation as the shipping method. For returns from international addresses, the shipping credit amount is subject to the following: If any standard shipping method is used, the mount will be reimburses. If any express shipping is used, only the amount USPS First-Class Mail International would have charged for the same return will be refunded to you, not the actual amount spent. NOTE: Remist.com will not be responsible for return packages if lost by your mailing service. We recommend you to use a carrier service that provides a delivery confirmation number or tracking number. If an item is returned without the above needed information, we will not process such return.
