Wholesale for Reseller:

Remist.com is located on the beautiful island of Oahu in Hawaii.  We are committed to provide excellent customer service, quality merchandise, and competitive pricing to our resellers and volume purchasers across the United States and internationally.  Once we've reviewed and verified your information to be a legitimate reseller, you will be provided with login information to view and add items into your shopping cart and submit a purchase order via our reseller interface.  Simply fill up a registration form by clicking here!   If the link doesn't work, you can also click on our "Reseller Login" link located at the bottom of this page. 

Ordering:

After logging into your Reseller Account, you will be able to change your password and view our items at wholesale prices.  Some items have Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), and these requirements will be listed along with the item description.  You may browse our jewelry collection from the left and top categories and add items to the shopping cart by clicking Add to Cart.  If you have additional items to order, click on Continue Shopping.  When you are done adding items to the shopping cart, click on Check Out, you will be directed to the remaining steps in the checkout process to finish ordering.  Important: No payment will be taken from your account until a sales representative contact you to finalize your purchase order.   We will only gather information about your intended payment method.

Minimum Order & Discount:

Our flexible $100 minimum order size will provide you a quick start to become a reseller.   Minimum order quantity requirement may apply for certain items.

For large size orders, it is possible to receive further discount than the wholesale price as stated.   Your sales representative will be there for you to discuss your discount level.

Payment Methods:

We accept payment in the following forms:

Credit Card:  We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.   We reserve the rights to not accept credit card payment for large size orders.

PayPal: To VERIFIED confirmed addresses only. 

Bank Wire: We will provide you our bank info when your sales representative finalize your order.

Sales Tax

No sales tax is added except for orders shipped to Hawaii addresses.  0.5% wholesale tax will be added to all wholesale orders shipped to Hawaii addresses.

Shipping & Insurance

Once a Purchase Order (PO) is submitted, a representative will contact you within 24 hours of the status of the order.  If all items purchased are available for immediate shipping, we will collect payment, and shipment date can be expected within 2 to 3 business days.  On rare occasions that your selected items are unavailable, we will inform you of the expected delay and may ship items separately depending on your requests.  For most orders, we offer the below flat rate shipping and handling fee schedule.  However, for large orders that are subject to high shipping cost, we will inform you the adjusted shipping fee.

S&H to the 50 United States are :

USPS Priority Mail 4 to 7 business days

$10

UPS 2nd Day Air 2 to 3 business days

$28

S&H to most international locations is:

USPS Global Express Mail 3 to 6 business days

$35

To certain locations, we will require insurance to be purchased.

Back-Ordered Items and Product Substitutions

We will inform you immediately if an item purchased is out of stock.  We will ship all in-stock items right away and ship any back-ordered items as soon as they become available. 

Returns and Exchanges

We accept exchanges for defective merchandise within 7 business days of delivery.  We currently do not offer refunds on all merchandise purchased, if you wish to return an item, we will offer a credit to your account in the amount you paid for the item (shipping & handling will not be credited).  Please follow the instructions below for hassle-free return or exchange: 

  1. Email Us to request a return authorization number.  Indicate in your email the order number and the name of the merchandise and the number of the merchandise you wish to send back, and whether you would like an exchange or a store credit.
  2. Send us the merchandise after you have received your return authorization number.  Please send back the item right away in a secured package with a tracking number.  We are not responsible for package that is lost in the mail.  So please ensure to send us a tracking number for the return package. 
  3. We process credits within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returns. 

We do not offer refunds or reimbursements towards the cost of shipping returned or exchanged merchandise back to us, unless it is for damaged merchandise for identical products.  For damaged merchandise, we will pay for return and send replacement items at no additional shipping charge.
